Three projects, told properly.

01 / 3D PLATFORM — GOVERNMENT

Abu Dhabi in 3D — DCT interactive world map

The Department of Culture & Tourism (Abu Dhabi, UAE government) wanted Abu Dhabi rendered as an explorable 3D world, not a flat map. I built a real-time 3D map in Three.js and React Three Fiber, with custom camera controls — panning, dolly moves, animated model loading — plus the accompanying DCT mobile app and website. Delivered through an agency chain: Technyx Systems → Create Media Group → DCT.

02 / MOBILE — GOVERNMENT

Mofaic — government-grade document attestation

A Dubai government-level platform handling official business-attestation and document-verification workflows for UAE companies, built to enterprise specification with strict security and compatibility requirements. I owned the full mobile lifecycle: architecture, code reviews, security assessments, and cross-device testing.

03 / RAPID DELIVERY

A Dubai app, built in three weeks.

Brought in as an outsourced React Native specialist for NextGeni to deliver a full app end-to-end: an AI chatbot paired with location discovery — "I want pizza in DIFC" surfaces a map with Google reviews, booking and recommendations in-flow — with pixel-perfect UI across every screen size.

Role
Outsourced React Native specialist
Outcome
3-week delivery, end-to-end
04 / EXPERIMENT — interactive engineering

Separately, I've prototyped a particle-system proof-of-concept in React Three Fiber where 3D models dissolve into particle meshes on scroll and reform into new objects — built to test feasibility for interactive client experiences.

05 — How I build

I think in systems, not screens.

Product, engineering and the delivery around them are one pipeline, not separate tracks. Select a node.

07 — AI-assisted engineering

AI is a multiplier, not an author.

Certified in Claude 101 (Anthropic) and exploring Claude Code in agentic engineering workflows. I treat agents the way I treat compilers and CI: tools that remove work that shouldn't be manual — everything they touch still passes the same review, tests and architectural constraints as everything else.

STEP 01
HUMAN
Intent, constraints, taste. The decisions that can't be delegated.
STEP 02
AI
Scaffolding, migrations, codebase analysis, first-draft docs and tests.
STEP 03
SYSTEM
Output lands inside the existing architecture — types, lint, boundaries.
STEP 04
VALIDATION
Review, tests, performance budgets. Nothing merges on trust alone.
STEP 05
DELIVERY
Shorter cycles, same standards. The multiplier shows up in throughput.

08 — Leadership

The job is making other engineers faster.

Across eight years I've owned the full lifecycle — architecture decisions, code reviews, security assessments, cross-device testing — not just the parts handed to me.

I currently lead a team of five engineers and have shipped 10+ production apps across healthcare, fintech and content. I move fast when it counts — a full Dubai app in three weeks, pixel-perfect, performance-first — without dropping quality.

MENTORLeading a team of five — code reviews, standards and the kind of guidance a direct report once described as creating "a positive atmosphere" for the team.
DECIDEArchitecture decisions, cross-device compatibility testing and security assessments owned end to end, not delegated.
STANDARDDocumented mobile conventions on Mofaic that the team reused on later projects.
SHARE
"A friendly senior with exceptional leadership and development skills. He creates a positive atmosphere, inspires others, and fosters personal and professional growth."
— Hunain Noman, direct report
09 — About

Same person, wider scope.

I've spent eight years at one company growing into progressively bigger problems — depth over résumé-hopping. Started in PHP and WordPress, moved into full-stack Laravel and MySQL, then shifted to mobile, where I owned a government-grade attestation platform end to end. From there I grew into leading a team and building the 3D and cross-platform work I'm known for now.

Studied at Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology (SSUET). Now based in Berlin, EU Blue Card eligible.

2018
Junior / Web Developer
Intern, then junior web developer — core PHP, WordPress theming, first production codebases.
2019–21
Web & Mobile Developer
Laravel/MySQL backend systems, then React Native — shipped Mofaic, a government attestation platform.
2021–
Software Engineer / Tech Lead
Leading a team of five; DCT 3D map, Foode, Opsis, NextGeni. React Native, Next.js, Three.js.
NOW
Berlin · AI-assisted engineering
Relocating to Berlin, EU Blue Card eligible; exploring Claude Code alongside senior frontend / React Native work.
10 — For founders & teams

Four ways this is usually useful.

BUILD
Idea → production

A real product, not a prototype: React Native / Next.js architecture, interface, and a deploy pipeline you can hand to a team.

IMPROVE
Modernise what exists

Audit, then targeted work on the interface, the codebase and the parts that make releases scary.

SCALE
Hold under load

Architecture and engineering process for teams growing faster than their systems — the Mofaic and DCT playbook.

3D / AI
The layer most teams can't cover

Three.js / WebGL interfaces and Claude Code-assisted workflows — measured against hours actually saved.

Let's build something useful.

CONTEXT

Delivered through an agency/vendor chain (Technyx Systems → Create Media Group → DCT for the Abu Dhabi map; direct for Mofaic; via NextGeni for the Dubai app).

PROBLEM

Most React engineers stop at the DOM, or ship mobile without owning security and compatibility end to end. These projects needed both.

CONSTRAINTS
→ Government-grade security bar
→ Cross-device compatibility
→ Vendor/agency delivery chain
→ NextGeni: 3-week deadline
APPROACH

Own the full lifecycle — architecture, review, security, cross-device — not just the feature.
